Recently discovered that a website(porncvd) has unauthorizedly copied all of my website's data using a web crawler.
I have sent an email to inform them to stop crawling the data, but I have not received a response. I also sent an abuse report to the related hosting company, but they have not taken immediate action to stop the crawler, despite providing ample evidence.
Our website explicitly prohibits web crawlers from accessing any data without our authorization, as it violates our terms of service and usage agreement. Such unauthorized access could be considered illegal and may infringe upon our rights. This activity potentially violates laws, such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which prohibits unauthorized access, acquisition, or use of computer system information.
